This was a personal project done more so to test myself and my capabilities in After Effects. I felt the best way to practice and see what I could do was to take an audio and make something for it while crafting an adequate atmosphere to display it in.
The audio used is from a cartoon, 'The Amazing World of Gumball'. The context of the audio is that the main characters are watching an advertisement for an upgraded version of their robot friend (Bobert) and trying to convince him to install it. The advertisement itself is very blatantly mocking Apple and the way they advertise their products. I took the audio and attempted to make a simple motion graphic that keeps to a clean and modern style similar to Apple but also somewhat reminiscent of the older Windows system.
This project is currently in the works. Please be patient and come check this spot later. Whatever ends up here, I'm sure it will have been worth the wait!
